Step 1

Get Your Appointment

Contact us online by clicking Make an Appointment or call our office. No referral is needed. Tele-visit is available.

Step 2

Make your Visit

Schedule an initial visit ~ 45 to 60 minutes. During this visit, we get to know each other and develop a plan.

Step 3

Follow Ups

Follow-up visits ~ 30 minutes. We will monitor and modify the plan as needed based on your response. The frequency of follow-up visits can range from every week to every three months, depending on the phase of care and the nature of the medication involved.
